Taco Puffs

I found a super sale on Pillsbury Grands that I couldn’t pass up a few days ago.  With that super sale came the challenge of how to incorperate them into meals for our family.

Some of the recipes I came up with were ok.  However, the taco puff recipe was rated as a family keeper and the only recipe worth sharing.

Ingredients:
1 pound Ground Beef
1 Tube Grands Biscuits
Shredded Cheese of any kind
Taco Seasoning

Fry up one pound of hamburger and add a package of taco seasoning by following the directions on the back of the packet.

After frying the hamburger and adding the seasoning, remove the Grands Biscuits from the refrigerator. Crack open the container and seperate each biscuit in half creating 16 circles.  Flaten all 16 circles.  On 8 of the circles place a tablespoon or two of the taco filling and a pinch of shredded cheese of your choice.  Place a second non-taco-topped biscuit piece on top of the filled bicuit. Place fork hash marks around the outer edges to seal the filling.  Just like you would to create a pie crust.

Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 17 minutes or until golden brown.  Top with extra meat, salsa and sour cream.

Enjoy!!
